Executive Search and Selection is the primary method in which we work with our Clients. This involves the client retaining George Thomas on a particular search. Statistically this is the best methodology for a search as it enables our consultants to commit 100% of their time to the position. We are able to headhunt the strongest talent within the market, identifying technical strengths, competences and cultural fit of those we speak to in order to develop an initial shortlist. From this point we will fully manage the interview process from start to finish in order to make sure the interviews happen efficiently. Additionally, we will create a situation where the offer process and onboarding is as straight forward as possible. Further to this, we will follow up with both successful candidate and Client to make sure that the integration is successful.
