We are actively recruiting a highly effective Customer Service Representative responsible for serving as the primary contact for their Fortune 500 customers.
The role is a hybrid-based position with a manufacturing facility based in the Spartanburg Region, SC.
This position reports directly to the Customer Service Team leader NA.
How you will add value to the team:
- Ability to build relationships with customers, serving as the primary contact.
- Utilizing ERP systems to execute the order entry process in accordance with time constraints.
- Preparing shipping documentation.
- Liaise with quality, supply chain, sales, and planning departments to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate customer master files.
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s current products and services and new product lines and services as they are introduced.
- Ability to learn and expand knowledge across all product lines.
What will make you stand out from the crowd:
- Business Qualification preferred. Customer Service Experience is required.
- Demonstrated proven record of accomplishment of successfully developing and executing customer service strategies.
- Team player with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with all group members.
