George Thomas are working in close partnership with an established company in Natural Nutrition & Food Ingredient Manufacture and Distribution based in Northern France.


We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager within the Natural Food Ingredients industry targeting customers in the Regions including UK, Benelux and Middle East. You will be responsible for the management of current strategic accounts and identifying new opportunities for growth in the Natural Food Ingredients sectors.


Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for sales & profitability for the accounts.
  • Responsible for the management & direction of agents in specified territory.
  • Contribute and assist in the selection of new business partners.
  • Planning and attending sales meetings with existing & potential strategic accounts.
  • Meet or surpass sales and profit expectations as agreed with Director of Sales for the year

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • EU citizen or valid right to work
  • Existing knowledge of Natural Colours, Flavours and Natural Extracts for the food & beverage industries.
  • 5- 10+ years proven b2b sales ability with examples of developing business with new customers in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Travel will typically consume 50% of the candidate’s time.
