Thomas Flaherty originally from Leeds, West Yorkshire, received a BA Honours in International Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Upon graduation, Thomas started his career at a large Global Executive Search Firm. He quickly progressed to a Divisional Director position with full responsibility for the Finance Team. Thomas has focussed the last 9 years of his career placing senior candidates within the six main industry sectors that George Thomas support. As a successful recruiter himself, Thomas has placed several C-Suite and VP level candidates across Western Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Predominately working retained, he has been able to support both large multinational organisations as well as mid-size and start-up firms.

Based in Harrogate, Sam holds a BSc in Geography from Loughborough University. Upon graduation, he began his career at George Thomas and quickly ascended into a management role where he led the Packaging team. As Associate Director, he has successfully guided a team of consultants across multiple market segments.

With extensive experience in recruitment within the Packaging and Packaging Machinery sector, Sam's proven track record includes filling C-Suite and VP-level roles throughout Western Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Additionally, Sam’s expertise in retained search enables him to cater to the needs of both large multinational corporations and mid-size/start-up firms.

Hayden received a First Class BA honours in Business with Management from Northumbria University. Upon Graduation, Hayden joined George Thomas and is now approaching 4 years in the business.

He has consistently been one of the companies top performing consultants and he has had direct management responsibility for a team specialising in Packaging, Food & Beverage, Recycling & Circular Economy.

Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Northumbria University. With over 5 years of recruitment experience at George Thomas, Samuel focuses on Food Ingredients and Flavours. He has had the privilege of working with both global leaders in the industry and innovative start-ups in food technology across Western Europe and North America.

Currently, Samuel manages the Ingredients Team, which covers Pharmaceutical Ingredients, CDMO, and Nutraceutical Ingredients markets. His strong understanding of industry trends enables him to effectively match client and candidate needs.

Will holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Central Lancashire. Following the pandemic, Will decided to move into the recruitment industry. He started with George Thomas in 2021, focussing on the Water and Wastewater Treatment industry working with market leaders as well as industry specific start ups throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East. Will now oversees the Industrial team at George Thomas which focuses closely on the Flow Control, Water Treatment and Construction industries.
