At George Thomas, we are looking to add to our current team. We are looking for talented recruiters alongside graduates in order to fulfil a challenging a rewarding position within our group. The position will be a sales focused role, business development and managing relationships (both client and candidate). The role is predominately telephone based, it will however also include video, face to face and international meetings. After an initial intense training period with the company training manager, you will be introduced to the world of 360 recruitment. Both our Director and Senior Leadership Team will assist and push you to become the best you can be.
